IT WILL CONTAIN ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TRIP INCLUDING MEETING PLACE AND TIME, FEES, ETC. THEN,  IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE SIMPLY LET US KNOW AS SOON AS YOU CAN AND WE WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AT NO CHARGE. BOOKINGS THAT ARE CANCELLED DUE TO EMERGENCIES ARE ALSO NO CHARGE
